Hi!
My name is Karol Piczak, I'm a hobbyist IT developer and this is my IT related webpage.
My professional career focalizes on economics and finance industry (especially financial markets), so by no means am I a freelance IT contractor. But I always liked computer stuff, and I still do a lot of IT related things just for fun and personal development. In this page you can browse through my various projects - mostly simple private work, some non-profit assignments and open source developments. I'm open to new interesting initiatives (especially free software), though normally I hardly manage to find enough time for all my current projects, so it better be good. ;-)

New project: GazetaTrend.pl
The new website of GazetaTrend.pl investment magazine is present online for a couple of weeks already, but I've managed to put a note here at Division Logiciel just now. The project is mature enough when it comes to core functionality, so it's post-deployment/released - call it as you like.Liftoff
Launch successfully initiated! After prolonged preparations to get this website started, I've finally managed to finish all the major parts and publish it online. The project was creeping at a snail's gallop for quite a while, but luckily I've found some time to bring it to fruition. |

Current version aims a bit higher than the previous one - targeting a vortal-like structure (at least that's the concept). Maybe not yet fully polished - numerous features are still in development (subjectively the coolest ones) - but the site was mature enough... |
