Hi!
My name is Karol Piczak, I'm a hobbyist IT developer and this is my IT related webpage.
My professional career focalizes on economics and finance industry (especially financial markets), so by no means am I a freelance IT contractor. But I always liked computer stuff, and I still do a lot of IT related things just for fun and personal development. In this page you can browse through my various projects - mostly simple private work, some non-profit assignments and open source developments. I'm open to new interesting initiatives (especially free software), though normally I hardly manage to find enough time for all my current projects, so it better be good. ;-)

Liftoff
Launch successfully initiated! After prolonged preparations to get this website started, I've finally managed to finish all the major parts and publish it online. The project was creeping at a snail's gallop for quite a while, but luckily I've found some time to bring it to fruition.|

Date: 2009/10 Type: Flex application Status: A Flex financial charting and technical analysis application. The concept of the project evolved from some desktop application - Java applet combo in 2006. Now the idea has crystallized and the concept is quite stable at the moment. |
