A website of my high school class (V LO in Zielona Góra).

This was quite a time-consuming task and a major project at the time. The website consists of three main parts - a class news & info page, a yearbook-like presentation of the students and a message board. Some parts of the website were never really finished due to data gathering problems.

The informational part is still available on the original website for archival purposes as well as the message board, which still functions on a low-volume basis.

Major accomplishments were numerous widgets - inter alia:

• calendar events
• class-shared calendar
• weather forecast through external provider (web scraping)
• moon phase calculations
• phpBB2 integration with the CMS
• birthday reminders
• a database of memorable quotes and Tymbark bottle caps

The CMS part allows for:

• news and article publication and management
• student personal profile page edits with photo upload and permission setting
• administering the gallery module
• maintaining file download section
• aggregating weblinks
• administering the guestbook

The CMS user login domain was integrated with phpBB2 (now version 3) allowing for seamless login and automatic cross-posting of articles and news items on the forum to comment on easily (no longer fully functional on version 3).
